I know its been like a gazillion years since I blogged. I'm such a lazy bum.
But alas! I revived this empty space of mine. Things hadn't been so hard this few months. I meant life's still okay, I love my polymates and TA22! Awesomee people. I'm really happy to see that God has been blessing me with such wonderful friends be it polymates, sec sch mates, chuchmates etc! They are just the greatest people around (:
So school has been busy in a FUN way. Literally, I mean I just enjoy doing work with my groupmates!

Sometimes, I feel like a dreamer. For example, today I wondered how life would turn out if I signed a contract with SM entertainment or something else and debuted as a singer? Which I know is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE. haha I think life would have turned out differently. I like the idea of rushing from one location to another to have fan meetings and stuff. That will be so cool! haha ok, but that is just a daydream (:

But I do have a dream you know? :)

Finished unpacking my stuff and yessss it was time for me to rest. So I picked up old and new films like Megamind, The Big Bang Theory, Bambi, Bambi 2, Fringe, Pocahontas, etc..... the list is never ending I guess, I just loveeeee walt disney's animation! Especially Bambi, like every single animal in the show is just sooooo cute! haha it even made me wanna become a vegetarian (but no, just kidding). haha :P Oh yes, and the Big Bang Theory is sooo funny! It talks about the lives of this two Genius- high- IQ roomates. Haha I was first introduced to it when I was watching it on the plane. Didn't realise I was bursting into laughters throughout the show. My class's gonna have a chalet for one last time! haha I'm going but I doubt I'd be staying (:

FYI I am not a hardcore anime and manga lover.
Neither do I do cosplay or stuff like that.
But I indulge in those with storylines that are oh-so-sweet or interesting.
Below are that ones that I personally recommend.
of course there are older ones that I have watch, but I will just mention those that are more recent? 20th century onwards...
Google the plots yourselves if you're interested alright?
(not in order of my preference. Hehe I just like all of them!)

#1 Kimi Ni Todoke

An award winning work.
Sweet slow romance and super duper cute! haha I enjoyed this anime to the max. Currently continuing with manga. Its kinda draggy, but I like it that way (:

#2 Romeo x Juliet

Hm... I am sure everyone is familiar with the romantic tragedy of Shakespeare's famous Romeo and Juliet? Well Japnanese are so inspired to make it into an anime and woahla, here it is. Its quite sad but moving (:

#3 Itazura Na Kiss

The perfect romance comedy anime for nearly every teenage girl and boy. The story proceeds to adulthood and marriage. Kinda sweet and touching in everything. It first started as a manga, which was really old and later developed into international dramas (Japan, Taiwan and S.Korea)

#4 Liar Game

A psychological nerve wrecking drama. Boost your neuroticism with this! The games played in the show is just so interesting and well- invented. And in addition a slow- romance ^^ Jap has a manga for this, but I never really had the time to check it out. I even went to watch the movie with Annabel this year! It was really great (:

#5 Koizora (movie)

This really reminds me one of Low Kay Hwa's popular novels, I Believe You. Just that the endings different :') tragedy, romance genre type of show. But a good watch for all teenagers.

#6 Special A

This anime is a bit of a waste of time and corny, but the manga is really funny. So for those of you who really like to laugh, go ahead and check it out. Romance, comedy genre.

#7 Fringe

If you're into forensics, this is a show just for you. Trust me, you'll never get tired of it. You'll continue watching episode after episode. You can watch the HK drama Forensic Heroes too. Its A-W-E-S-O-M-E !!

#8 Mary stayed out all night

One of the last and probably the least too, :( no offence, but err I didn't want to put this up but since I did... ok so this story is abit off and getting no where and the romance... I just don't see it radiating out. But still bits and pieces of laughter in every episode.

#9 90210, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries
You know about all these american dramas, I bet, so save my time explaining the plots.

Thank God for bringing us through this tiring week!
Yes, time was very limited for me so I didn't update on any network
like facebook and twitter.
So.. yesterday was Christmas, and this year's Christmas is extremely special to me.

That is why I have even more reasons to praise God!
OHHH. Did you know? Yvonne Tan from my church (Bethany Independent Presbyterian Church)
was featured on the straits times front page. What an honour it is!

Thank God for the joy and faith that she has with the Lord and for blessing her this Christmas. Though it is uncertain that she may celebrate Christmas next year I will still keep her in my prayers and hope that God will plan His way for her well (:
Our church annual Christmas concert on the 22& 23dec also featured her life as a testimony to many others! It was such a beautiful performance of how she had come to know the Lord. Thank God for touching many hearts. Oh yes! Surprisingly I saw my classmate Jennifer Chan there too. Seems like she knew Josiah as well. Haha!

hm... Today was (sadly) the last sunday of 2010! Its time to welcome 2011. One of the songs sang by one voice today, called Count Your Blessings inspired me to thank God for what He has amazingly done for me this year! Below is a whole list of thank yous typed by me for our most wonderful Creator!

nex and strawberry daifuku.

Hey everyone! So today I went to Nex with Cass, Annabel, Emily and Winnie! (:
Dined at Jack's place for lunch. I think we still prefer the marina square outlet.
But the food over there is still great!
Then we walked around and got my rilakkuma stuff at Happy House.
Honestly I can't comprehend rilakkuma's cuteness! Its just soo cute!
The mall is very wide and spacious. But you really have to walk a long distance to get from one place to another.

Then train-ed home at around evening.
and my sis and I tried out making strawberry daifuku,
which is like a mochi kind of thing with red bean paste filing.

Hey guys! So I went to work with my mum today. And the job was brilliant!
I loved it, its simple and easy.
At least it doesn't wear me out by the end of the day!
And so, I decided to work on friday again :D teehee.

and yes yes yes, I've got lunch and movie date w Juve tmr, work on friday, christmas caroling on sat and church on sun! Wow there are so many things to look forward to this week. Doesn't it sound a tad bit busy? Haha There are just so many things to look forward to this week. :P

Hey guys! I watched Narnia 3 with my cass and a few of my fellow classmates on sunday. Its worth the watch if you're a Narnia series lover like me (:
I like this kind of fantasy novel based movies. Thank God for the wonderful C.S Lewis!
But the ticket price totally burned a hole in my pocket. :(
Luckily, I am working tomorrow! Haha, easy job found by my mum, but it is only a day kind of job.
Towards the end of the year I will also be working for a day with Juvelia :D

Speaking of book writers, I recently picked up chickflick novels about finding love through baking and stuff. I bought 2 of such books and I hope they are good reads!

hm... I wonder if I am buying stuff too hastily...
Cause I've bought the CHRISTMAS PRESSENTS for my dear churchies and girlfs! Haha
I am still thinking of stuff I can get for my family...

Youth Conference 2010 has just ended and I feel horribly melancholic :(
I think its because we have to wait for another year for the next Youth Conference.
There are many things I want and hope to accomplish currently.
I believe I can achieve them :D

YC 2010 overall was a spiritual renewal and revival for me. I was emotionally motivated by the messages to devote myself to God and consecrate my life for Him.
Words that I truly want to say are all in a letter of mine and it is to be kept for me to read only, haha so yea unfortunately you guys can't know much.
Time and time again I will update on my walk of faith so just keep on reading guys :D

Well, honestly I like it quite alot. Hehe.
So today I headed over to Juve's house to chill.
And we sort of managed to watch a quarter of The Blind Side?
I liked movie though. Hopefully we can continue watching tomorrow or something.
And apparently Cass joined us too! Only she did something else there :P

So tomorrow may be heading to ECP, hopefully it will not rain!
But in the morning, Juve and I are gonna bake OREO CHEESECAKE.

A day out in the vast blue sea.

Hi everyone! I know that its been a while since I last blogged.
But here I am back to blog again! So the day before was one of my cousin's ROM.
But this particular solemnisation was extra special.... WE WERE OUT IN THE SEA!
The yacht we were on wasn't incredibly big, neither small. Well, it was medium sized.
But I liked the yacht alot, it was really spacy for the 20+ of us.

I absolutely adore this photo <3 the sunset was so pretty that day so I took out my galaxy S and snapped a shot.

So the yacht sailed pass Sentosa during the night and we happened to catch glimpses of the Song of the Sea performances!

To top it off, it was an incredibly wonderful day for me that day. I enjoyed myself throughout the ride. I loved how the wind blew against my face and I loved looking at the blue swaying waves! Well I guess holding ROMs on a yacht might be a brilliant idea after all! But do be prepared to burn holes in your pocket! (:

Oh yes, and thank God it wasn't raining that day. What a blessing!
And recently, I have lots of reasons to praise God for.
God is indeed good, ALL THE TIME :D
As Christmas approaches, lets rejoice once again! :D

I've been staring blankly at my last post almost every time I visit my blog.
Well I'm just pondering about what to write before major exams start again tmr.
Initially, I felt reluctant to blog. But later, I just felt like I needed to blog.
Anyway, below is just some rantings of a super-tired-and-stressed-teenager. (Note: reading it may waste your time)

Am I worn out? Yes, definitely.All the busy preparations since prelims ended drained my energy. Literally sucked out my soul.

Stressed? Another Yes. My face tells it all. 5 pimples in a month! That's a record for me.

What do I do to de-stress? between meals, I watch dramas, read mags, listen to 9.33fm and when I'm studying I listen to my all time favourite christian songs and song of other genre and I will definitely (regardless of what) pray!

How's my preparation coming along? Surprisingly, I'm coping well with my revisions. I guess its the stress that driving me to complete tasks on time.

These are the frequent questions my friends and relatives have been asking me lately.
And those where my replies :D
Oh yes! I watch the last episode of Playful Kiss. I can tell you I truly enjoyed the series :D
And since yesterday, to boost my vocab, I read a book. Its called The Diamond Secret, its a re-telling of the story of Anastasia. From where I stopped, I think it is very well-written and easy to understand despite the challenging words.

So thats all folks! As for english tmr, I'll give my best shot! :D

Tomorrow is back to school time and I'm not very hyper about it.
But I like the 'being with friends' part in school.
Bits and pieces of hw is still left undone, but whatever :P

I'm at episode 10 of 90210 and I am shocked. (not very, just slightly)
I'm not telling why, I think thats how different things are when you're 16 in different parts of the world.
But I think the storyline is very similar to the real life.
Thats way I'm still watching it. Teehee :D

Just yesterday, I concluded this korean series, You're Beautiful.
Its a very typical korean drama. I mean those typical romance type (:
But I'm really into their soundtrack.
Great vocals, I would say :D

Personally, I like ft island's songs.
But because of that show, I began to check out some of C.N. Blue's songs.
One of the songs that I liked is entitled Love from their album Blue Love!

And because of that show, I started watching "We Got Married".
Where Seo Hyun from SNSD pairs With Jung Yong Hwa from C.N. Blue
I laughed alot while watching the vids on youtube :D

I wouldn't say I'm a korean freak but most of the times, after watching certain dramas, I would search for more infos and videos and stuffs like that.
After a while these sort of act will come to a standstill naturally, so I'm not worried :D

Hey guys, I back from New Zealand!
I had a great time there with the teachers and friends (:
Maybe I'll upload the photos another time, since I didn't take much.
I miss NZ cooling weather alot, its like I'm melting here in SG.
But more or less, I'm kinda adapted to the heat already (:
Below is a brief summary of the memorable and enjoyable trip we had (:

Day 1, 3/06
Spent the time in the plane with Claire and Parry.
Thats how I got to know Parry actually (:
So we had supper, snacks and breakfast on the plane.
And I watched several movies. And Slept blah blah blah.

Day 2, 4/06
9.50am (NZ time) with much anticipation, we arrived in NZ!
it was like natural aircon when we step outside the airport,
it was really cooling (: about 8-10 deg. I guess?
So we got to know our tour guide Jon and bus driver Paul.
and shortly after, we stopped at Mt Eden.
Beautiful scenery! And we also saw a huge crater.
Then we had lunch, and we visited the Hydro Power Dam.
after that we arrived at our hotel.
Assigned to our rooms > shopping @ supermarket, Pak & save > Dinner > Debrief.

Day 3, 5/06
packed our luggage and left the hotel.
Then we visited Te Puia, where had breakfast there
and we also got to learn more about Maori culture.
We also saw many steaming geysers, bubbling mud and saw the kiwi bird!
I thought it was extinct already haha :D
Later, we headed to Kiwi 360 for lunch, I loved the kiwi ice cream they served,
it tasted really good.
After lunch, we sat on this really cute tram and we went around the place
and saw many other fruits like persimmons, lemons etc.s apart from kiwi
We even got to pick 1 or 2 persimmons each and eat them. It was sweeeeet (:
Then we saw the kiwi orchard > packaging of kiwi > visited souvenir shop > visited Comvita, where we learnt about the production of manuka honey > Accomodation > Dinner > debrief.
Shared the room with Cass, Claire, Jasmine and Poh Hui! Awesome!
At night, afew of my class girls came into our room and we gossiped (:
was funny! :D

Day 4, 6/06
Had breakfast, I loved their hot chocolate with marshmallows. Yummy!
Then we visited the Tauranga Estuary, where we picked up cockles to study
the sedimentation in that area for a short period only,
cos it was raining heavily and there were strong winds = freezing cold.
after that we headed back to hotel to change and dry our clothes.
Then we had a short group work,
the human pyramid thingy (was really funny, kept on laughing!)
Then it was lunch >
Mclaren Falls Park for river studies (still raining, so we didn't manage to do much)>
back to hotel > dinner > debrief.

Day 5, 7/06
Woke up LATE. We thought we were the last persons to board the coach bus.
But Mr G came later! Haha :D
Breakfast @ the yummy hot chocolate place again (:
Then when to Mt. Maunganui for rocky shore studies.
Split up into our groups and we looked for small sea creatures around the area
our group found a glass shrimp! Haha luckily we didn't find any snails...
After that, we climbed up the mountain!
Claire and I, along with Mr G and Mrs Tan and Beatrice were lagging behind
as such we were chatting with the teachers! Haha! Was really fun too!
we even nearly got lost from the others! (this shows how slow we were)
The scenery was pretty! We even got to see a young spit (:

After that we had pizzas on the beach, was yummy too.
I liked it alot. Hehe (:
Then we did our beach profiling.
It was hilarious for my group due to our "miscommunication". HAHA :D
then we had a great time when we rode the jet boat!
The spin was crazy, but really coool!
For group's ride, our boat's engine kinda when haywire
then we had to stay in the river a lil longer.
I like staying in the river though. Loved it!
After that, we headed back to hotel > dinner > debrief.
Before our lights out, we played truth or dare and Big21 with Zi Feng & co.
I kept laughing at how the way they ran to hide whenever someone knocked on the door only to know that its a false alarm. HAHAHA :D
I loved this day the most. Awesomeee! :D

Day 6, 8/06
Breakfast, then went to Waihi College for school immersion.
wasn't a very good one.
But for claire, veronica, cass and I the 3 girls who showed
us around their school compound was okay.
I heard from other people their guide were rude. Was kinda pissed.
Beauty is only skin deep, what a pity,
some of them looked pretty or dashing, but character wise? Not so pretty.
Then we went to see the gold mine thingy and had lunch @ subway, my fav!
Then headed for the paparoa marae.
I enjoyed that place alottttt! Had our dinner their too.
Stayed overnight at their marae, where everyone slept together (:
Was an enjoyable night, we played around with the teachers! Haha :D
Then we had our final debrief. (:

Day 7, 9/06
Breakfast @ Marae, then left to visit a coniferous forest.
Many of us weren't paying attention, sometimes even Mr G!
We were in our own world, playing really lame games.
Like the bang bang game, sheep game, honey or milk game, open or close game etc.
I had a hard time trying to figure out how to know the answers!
Was funny cause we kept pestering people for answers too (:
Then had lunch and went to waitomo glow worm caves to see limestones and glow worms
we sat on the boat and rode around to see the glow worms
they were like stars, very pretty! But we couldn't take photos of it :/
after that we headed for dinner and last minute shopping. Then to the airport.

Day 8. 10/06
Sat on the plane with Cass and Claire this time.
6.50am (SG time) home sweet home (:

Overall, I loved this trip alot!
Managed to get to know more people!
Like Parry, Faiz, Sufyan, Kevin, Joanna, Yi Ting, June, Zandra etc.
And also bonded more with 4E1 classmates!
How I wish we were back there again (:
New Zealand I'll miss you! :D

We had a new timetable, I'm gonna love Thursday 'cause there is a 1h 30min break for non- physics students haha :D

Chilled at Claire's house for a movie and lunch before heading back to school for our NZ performance thingy. So we learned a malay dance and we are supposed to perform at NZ. I'm horrible at dancing... (recalls abt the recent event in kbox) haha! :P

Hello earthlings.
This is my 1st post for the year.
School has been tiring.
and I hate to wake up 6am early in the morning.

- I dropped physics already. (free periods during physics lessons!)
- The whole school has IP (except the sec 1s) almost everyday, which means we go home like 3.20pm /4pm everyday (except friday).
- Krittaya left for Thailand already. :'(
- I miss the holidays
- I miss church and my church friends.
- my sister turns 20 this sun.

*yawns* my class has 3 upcoming tests.
But I'm looking forward to friday,

Spent the day at home.
During noon, I decided to cook lunch for my dearest mum.
Whipped up 3 dishes.

Tasted good.

Spent the next 2 hours washing and cleaning up the kitchen...

After cleaning, we decided to go to the nearby sheng siong supermarket to get
some bananas and jelly powder plus some snacks.
I got haw flakes, my childhood fav snack. (:

the bananas are for making kueh, and mum's gonna teach me how to make it :D

after going to the mart, we headed to a bakery store, hoping to get some baked goods.
Unfortunately, it wasn't open! D:
It hasn't been operating for days already, I wondering if they are deciding to close.
If so, that will be really sad okay, I liked their buns and cakes alot :(
then we just said "forget it" and walked off.
Later we stopped by 7-11, I initially wanted to get some ice-cream but none seemed appetizing.
Then I saw the bun that I copped from Amelia quite long again and I decided to get it for breakfast.
So I bought 2! Blueberry & Chocolate.
There are many other flavors too.
On the way home, we saw an ice-cream cart and I went to get my ice-cream.
Tee hee! $1 only! :D

Finally went home,
but I couldn't resist the temptation of the bread from 7-11 so I tore the wrapper and started eating...

I'm back from camp :D
and I didn't actually wanted to blog until I saw Athalie's blog
just like what Grace said, she was a great writer! Its a joy to read her blog.
Gosh! She sounds like she's having so much fun in Perth! I feel jealous :3
my life actually feels mundane on weekdays.
But I always liked and looked forward to outings and weekends!

Actually it wasn't as boring as expected.
The food was much better, it perked me up :D
and we had a much better bondage with one another.
but of course I was worn out by the end of the camp.

Going for a ~~boring~~ band camp. *sigh*
Can't wait for next year when I graduate.

Had combined choir from 12.45pm to 2pm @ sanctuary today.
Was kinda crazy.

The last part of the movie, we both broke into tears.
Its really disheartening, imagine, witnessing your loved ones die. :'(
and I've got Tsunami phobia now.

Today,
Funan IT mall > Penisula > Home > Bugis > Far east > Home
Went out with 2cass, 1veron. Haha :D
Shopping with friends has been fun (:

I had an awesome dream last night, a wonderful one.
Its been awhile since I had beautiful dreams.

Went out with Juvelia and Calista early in the morning.
Caught the movie "The Proposal".
Ratings? 8/10
Its quite touching, the later part of the movie.
Of course its funny at the same time! :D

Shopped around at Orchard Ion later with Calista.

body temp now is 37 degrees! (:

I'm down with flu now.
Both fever and cough.
But not to worry, I'm recovering fast.

My temp was bizarre okay.
Yesterday it was 38.5 degrees then it dropped to 36.2 degrees at night.
Then today morning it was 36.1 degrees,
and it went up to 39.2 degrees this afternoon.
Now my temp is 37.8 degrees.

I was so afraid that I had to visit the doctor again this afternoon.
But luckily I didn't have to do so. :D

I'm on mc for 3 days. Will be back in school on monday.
zzz so many test to take next week. -.-

I got to know someone new!
Her name's Jennifer and she's a korean who is super duper cute & cool!
I accidentally joined youth choir, singing for christmas and anniversary maybe?
Amelia lives so so near to Claire! Haha :D
Had so much fun playing Singapore taboo and Quelfs.
Amelia squeals alot. Haha!

Sunday. Someone was surprsed that I came. :D

Oh my oh my.
I can't wait for tuesday, July 22.
Singapore will experience a slight solar eclipse on that particular day.
But only a max. of 10% of the sun will be covered.
How cool is that?!?! (even though its only a little bit)

My first time experiencing a solar eclipse :D
but it takes place in the morning 8-9, which is during school curriculum. -.-
Anyway, I'll be totally looking forward till that day.

Ytd and today, during english class, we've been shown videos of
child slavery, I really felt sad for the children
who has been through all these acts.
Sigh, sometimes, people are just so brutal and scary,
how can they force these children to work at such a young age?

Back to today.
Damn damn damn, why does golden village not accept payment by nets?
So much inconvenience for me, I had to queue up twice.
But luckily, the lady give me center seat for the movie.
Of course, cass and I watched Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. :D

Two thumbs up for the movie!
Enjoyed watching it.
The 3 protagonists were as comical as usual, especially Ron!
However, it was tragic for Dumbledore to die. :'(
